This AMDP is ideal for Owner / managers of small / medium size businesses, who have a strong commitment to expanding their business onto the next stage of their business cycle.

Delivered by Blaise Brosnan, MRI, Wexford, this programme will combine management theory, powerful peer learning, networking and action learning approaches.

The programme is aimed at:

• Business promoters who previously participated in the owner Manager development programme and are now getting ready for the next natural development step towards scaling their business.
• Well established business people, who are ripe for the next step forward for their business.

Objectives.

• To increase the participant’s ability to further develop their business by focusing on the practical challenges and opportunities they are facing or about to face.
• To challenge the participants to clarify their next move and put in place the necessary management and other resources to make it happen.
